About the training

Learn to practice & teach highly effective Somatic & Compassion-centred Mindfulness techniques on & off the mat .

Join Myself, a Buddhist Psychologist & a potent team of Mindfulness Teachers, Somatic Trauma Therapists & Conscious Communication Facilitators  for a deep immersion into the Embodied Mindfulness Practices of Yoga, Buddhism, Trauma Integration & beyond .

Exploring practical & easy to use mindfulness techniques within : Somatic Self Inquiry, Self Compassion Practice, Authentic Relating & Conscious Communication, Embodied Unwinding, Embodied Trauma Integration, Somatic Experiencing Techniques, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Hatha Yoga, Seated Meditations, Moving Meditations, Yoga Nidra, Embodied Buddhist Psychology & more. .

We will explore these powerful tools to cultivate Embodied Presence & directly experience & anchor in a felt sense of our True Self.

Discovering that our body is indeed a finely tuned biofeedback system.

When we learn to practice conscious, embodied, Mindful Yoga, it transforms asana into a moving meditation, that retrains our capacity to be truly present with our body & attune to its wisdom.

Our practice becomes a conscious merging of body & breath with curious, compassionate & ultimately transformative awareness. And when we practice in this way, it not only reveals & unravels the past traumas stored in our tissues, but also organically begins to unveil the inherent wisdom, contentment, fullness & uncontrived love that is our essential nature, through our bodies!

We will also explore specific somatic techniques to unwind embodied trauma from the tissues, alongside practical, effective tools to soften open in the face of pain & challenge, & access the clarity & compassion of who we truly are.

Learning how to anchor into an embodied sense of our true Self & consciously reparent our internal multiplicity of selves into unburdened wholeness & integration, transmuting suffering into transformation .

Discover how to effectively & compassionately meet life's challenges inside & out, by directly, authentically & Mindfully being with what arises in the body & mind, in a beneficial loving & infinitely transformative way.

True healing is not the fixing of the broken but the rediscovery of the Unbroken

When we stop seeking we create an opportunity to become intimate with the divine. Intimate with all of life & life’s conditions. Intimate with our self. They are all one & the same.

Tina Nance

E- RYT 500 Yoga Teacher Trainer, Dip Ki Yoga Therapy, Dip Health Sciences, Dip Shiatsu, Dip Remedial Massage, Dip Vibrational Medicine

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 19 years and teaching yoga & women's work around the globe since 2003, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings.

Tina is trained in both Classical Indian Yoga &  Chinese Taoist Yoga, & specialises in Yin Yoga & Yoga Therapy.

Tina is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly & experientially with their body-mind and Spirit via the Yogic Arts, & is the founder of TNYT Yoga Therapy; a fusion of Indian Hatha Yoga & the 5 Element Meridian System of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tina works within the understanding that many of the contractions of the body-mind, are a manifestation of an identification with thoughts and behaviors that are misaligned with the truth of who we are.  Tina's yoga is therefore focused on consciously unraveling our body-mind's contractions with guided awareness. Cultivating the art of deep presence, focused awareness & conscious breath within each asana, exploring all eight limbs of yoga simultaneously, on the mat. Re-establishing health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body's energy channels, while connecting to our innate essence as loving presence, containing & embracing all that arises . Inviting Integration of body, mind & Spirit.

In recent years Tina has specialised in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness, and Yoga Therapy for Women's Wellness,  travelling and teaching throughout Australia, Europe and Asia.

Tina is currently a resident yoga teacher & teacher trainer at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia.
